5. Product Customization

We offer customized branding services including logo printing, embroidery, engraving, UV printing, and other branding techniques.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate artwork and logo files.
Verifying all design proofs before approval.
Ensuring they have the legal rights to use submitted logos, trademarks, or artwork.

Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production starts.
Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Cancellation requests are subject to approval.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only.

Corporate Gift Partner is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partners
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Unforeseen operational issues

Delivery timelines may vary depending on order quantity and customization requirements.

8. Returns & Refunds

Customized and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless:

The product is damaged during delivery.
An incorrect product has been supplied.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
