Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 08 July 2026

At Corporate Gift Partner, most of our products are customized and made-to-order according to each customer’s branding and requirements. Therefore, our cancellation policy is designed to reflect the production process involved in customized corporate gifting.

Order Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started, provided that:

The cancellation request is received in writing via email.
Artwork or design approval has not been finalized.
Raw materials or products have not been allocated for production.

If the order qualifies for cancellation, any applicable processing or transaction charges may be deducted before issuing a refund.

Order Cancellation After Production Begins

Once any of the following has occurred, the order cannot be cancelled:

Artwork or logo has been approved by the customer.
Printing, engraving, embroidery, or any customization process has started.
Production has commenced.
Products have been packed or dispatched.

As these are customized products, cancellations after production begins are not accepted.

Customized & Bulk Orders

All customized and bulk corporate gifting orders are manufactured specifically for the customer.

Therefore:

Customized products are non-cancellable once production starts.
Bulk orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation and artwork approval.
Orders placed for events, conferences, employee onboarding, festive gifting, or promotional campaigns are also subject to this policy.

Refund on Cancelled Orders

Where a cancellation is approved before production:

Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable payment gateway, banking, or administrative charges.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to banking timelines.
